The job has such potential, if only you could get the support and recognition from those that have the authority to do something about it. I have told many people over the years that YOU have to do what is best for YOU. Bosses will suck whatever they can get out of you. Only you can tell where the point of no return is for you. I wish you could get that re-class before you go though. Yikes, though I guess not unexpected from what we have heard over the years. I know that reaching that point and making the decision to initiate a change can be incredibly difficult. But that's the name of the game in modern career management, and you're wise to pursue a new path. Otherwise, it just eats away at you. Whatever direction you take, I'm sure it'll be a solid one.
